Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr competes as a model for IFBB Fitness Pro and is a sponsored Athlete. At the age of 16, she started taking part in fitness competitions, following the end of gymnastics. She won her Pro Card within a year at age 17. Ariel Khadr has been a sponsor for IFBB Fitness Pro and is a model. After quitting her gymnastics career and pursuing a competitive career, she started competing in fitness contests at the age of 16 when she was 16. At the age of 17, she received her Pro Card one year later. IFBB Pro, she is the youngest ever. Ariel had a six-year break from performing after she earned her Professional Card in order to finish her college studies. In 2015 continued previous performances, in which she participated in events of the highest level such as Mr. Olympia or the Toronto Pro Supershow. She participated for a couple of years after her first appearance with a goal of setting higher standards each year. At the end 2009 she was the winner of several fitness awards. In 2009 she was the NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals winner, making her most youthful IFBB Fitness Pro (at age 17) ever. The first IFBB Fitness Pro debut took place in the Phoenix Europa Games, in 2015 October. At the show, she came in third. In summer 2016, she won the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow and as a result - qualified for Fitness Olympia. In three months she competed onstage at the Olympia in which she won 6th place for the Fitness Division. With no expectations prior to the event, Ariel states that she was more than proud of her performance. In light of the fact that she had to compete against best of the best. Ariel has improved her physique every year. Ariel likes to focus upon her lower back. The most she does is bent-over rows, single arm lats pull-downs (on machines) as well as pull-ups, and sitting rowing. It is common to warm up before the actual training.
